I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
School Improvement Plan (SIP) provides direction for internal and external stakeholders to work collaboratively and make school
undertaking in full realization for the next 3 years. School administrator has a responsibility to manage a school effectively and efficiently with the
collaborative efforts of School-Community Planning Team (SPT) that is composed of representatives from the pupils, teachers, PTA and SGC, LGU,
Barangay Council, and from other various sectors of the community.
The school is the primary unit of change and reform, thus Bayawa Elementary School constantly monitoring and evaluating progress - endeavoring to
become a self-evaluating school.
The school striving for continuous improvement in all aspects for progress in education making partnership of school and other stakeholders stronger
and better. The continuing support of stakeholders with renewed spirit, commitment is essential for the betterment of the pupils’ welfare and interest. Thus,
bringing the school operation successful and meaningful in which contributes to the attainment of desired goals towards access, quality and governance.

We dream of Filipinos who passionately love their country and whose values and competencies
enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation.
As a learner-centered public institution, the Department of Education continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.

To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where:
∙ Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe and motivating environment
∙ Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner
∙ Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to
happen
