Q4.)
a) What threats to reliability are inherent in the research design?
Ans:-There are four main threats to reliability:
1. Participant error
2. Participant bias
3. Observer Error
4. Observer bias
b) How many these be overcome?
Ans:- Probability of participant error is low in this case as questionnaires were designed And
delivered in such The probability of participant error is low in this case because the
questionnaires were designed and delivered in such how to provide objective results.
Participant bias could also be viewed as inherent within the research design because the
participants may answer the questions as anticipated. All of them were required to end the
CBT by the top management. Therefore, they may feel as if obliged to pretend to do it
successfully.
However, the researcher found the only possible answer made these questionnaire results
confidential. Moreover, the director may have announced that the target data is important to
the company which there would be no retribution for the âwrongâ answers. The probability
of the researcher error is low because the researcher draws her conclusions and results on the
statistical and questionnaire data which wil be checked.

Q 5)
a. What threats to validity are inherent in the research design?
Ans: Testing is one of the threats inherent within the research design. The participants knew
that their achievements in completing CBT will going to be measured at the end of the
research, so they could apply more efforts than they might otherwise.
b. How may these be overcome?
Ans: This threat could also be overcome if the researcher doesnât announce direclty that the
participants will need to answer questionnaires and go through interviews. Instrumentation is
another threat inherent in research design because it is not quite clear how the results
obtained on the idea of those employee groupsâ also be useful for overcoming this threat. The
ambiguity about causal direction is present within the research design in small amount as
well.
