A quantum computer uses quantum mechanical phenomena like superposition and entanglement to perform computations. Qubits, the basic units of information in a quantum computer, can exist in superpositions of states allowing massive parallelism. Current research is working to overcome issues like qubit fragility due to environmental interactions. While quantum computers may one day be able to perform optimizations too complex for classical computers or send information faster than light, the technology is still in development with companies like IBM, Google, and Microsoft working to build larger, more useful quantum processors.

3. WHAT IS QUANTUM COMPUTER?
 A quantum
computer is any
device that uses
quantum Mechanical
phenomena to
perform calculations
and manipulate data.

superposition of the allowed states
until a measurement is done. When a
measurement is performed, the wave
function accepts one of the allowed
states. You cannot know which state
the system will be in before the
measurement, only the probability of
it being in a given state.

EXPERIMENT
Schrödinger's cat is a thought experiment about
quantum physics. Erwin Schrödinger suggested it in
1935, in reaction to the Copenhagen interpretation of
quantum physics. Schrödinger wrote: ... If one has left
this entire system to itself for an hour, one would say
that the cat still lives if meanwhile no atom has
decayed.

11. Trouble with quantum computing.
• The main disadvantage of computing is the technology required to
implement a quantum computer is not available at present. The
reason for this is the consistent electron is damaged as soon as it is
affected by its environment and that electron is very much essential
for the functioning of quantum computers.
• The research for this problem is still continuing the effort applied to
identify a solution for this problem has no positive progress.

1.It can perform large number of computation at the same
time.
2.Efficient solution to classically difficult problem.
3.Possibly can travel in time.
4.Can sent information faster than that of light.

THIS TECHNOLOGY.
• IBM has launched its IBM Q as an attempt to build commercial
quantum computers for business and science.
• Google already had a 9-qubit processor in 2015, during which it
was also testing a 20-qubit processor.
• Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella announced the launch of a new
coding language and computing simulators for quantum
computing.
• At present, and since 2010, D-Wave Systems is the only company
producing and selling commercial quantum computers.
