I am writing this letter to recommend April Fitzpatrick.
April worked with me as a digital/copy and account coordinator at Fish Marketing
from 2014-2015. In her work as coordinator, she assisted the digital department
in such tasks as html coding, content migration, and QA testing. She also
assisted our team with copywriting as well as proof reading to discover and
correct errors in written traditional and digital samples for Clients. As an effective
coordinator, she was disciplined and was successful in all assigned tasks. She
has earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and has put her
education to work during her time at Fish Marketing. She is positive, competent,
and respectful of all colleagues she works with. Because she is reliable and
capable, she was promoted from an intern to a coordinator in under three
months.
April shows initiative and has willingly accepted additional assignments, which
she has completed accurately and on time. She has assisted me in tasks from
developing email marketing and blog schedules, to inputting full product
catalogues in to the CMS of Client websites. In addition she helps out with inner
agency needs that do not meet her job description such as general admin duties,
fielding technical support calls for Clients, handing out flyers for Client
promotional marketing efforts and shopping for anything and everything as
needed within a given week.
April has excellent interpersonal communication skills. She works patiently with
interns needing assistance, with colleagues teaching their the trade, and with
supervisors. April’s work is always professional and accurate. She works well
independently but knows when to ask for assistance. She collaborates
effectively with peers and supervisors to the team. April is reliable and
dependable in her work schedule.
April is a dependable and mature employee and will be an asset to any company.
