you relax and reduce stress.

Calcium and Vitamin D are main ingredients for
a bone healthy diet.
High-calcium foods like cheese, ice cream,
green leafy vegetables, low-fat milk, salmon,
tofu and yoghurt.
This will ensure that our body has the
requirement to form and maintain our bones.
