Reporting to a Shift Manager, responsible for a team of colleagues and overseeing
the running of numerous departments within the day shift.
Key responsibilities:
• Manpower planning
• Ensuring the achievement of Warehouse KPIs and sub KPIs
• Communicating shift handovers
• Performance management of colleagues
• Conducting yearly appraisals, identifying and addressing training needs
• Coaching colleagues
• Ensuring health and safety compliance and continuous improvement.

• Providing forecasts to ensure shift activities and labour needs are met and hosting
regular updates where open discussions are encouraged to reach common goals
