Work Description
 Involves in the review of project post-contract documents (i.e. agreements, general conditions of the
contract, related drawings, specifications, BOQ, project costing, changes and tender circulars) and
supplier compliance statement, project specifications and material submittal preparations for MEP.
 Utilizes company procurement software to generate request for quotes, purchase requisitions as well
as create purchase orders using ERP (Oracle Ordering system) and prepares report based on
material data.
 Participates in ISO audits, resolves procurement problems/non-conformance and implements
associated process improvements.
 Attends meeting with the main contractors, consultants and client representatives involving material
procurement, delivery, submittals and status.
 Prepares enquiries, quote analysis of materials and equipment at the same time negotiates to supplier
for terms such as payment purchase, price and time of delivery.
