IT is developing – Also mention Clemson’s TigerTracks. One of the most frustrating problems for our students is never receiving a response from an email. If we track those emails, we can ensure all emails are responded to. I recommend having a generic email account, because it makes it much easier to manage the emails as they come from one source.
I am sure many of you are much more adept at this than I am, but it can be critical to your business success.
