· During a time of significant program turmoil, jumped from part-time office support to managing program operations
with no interruption in publication schedule or programming.
· Expanded our advertising footprint at a very nominal cost, updated our marketing materials and introduced a “join our
mailing list” widget. Have increased membership yearly.

· Created a cross-departmental team to meet United Way goal. We met our goal annually and exceeded goal the year
employees were given notice of imminent call center closing. We had to leave, but left as winners!
· Identified technical issue in database/billing system that was costing the company several thousand dollars monthly.
· When doing routine collections work on employee cell phone accounts, noticed a handful of accounts in one region had
an abnormally high balance. Researched the situation and discovered a group of employees figured out a way to make
their bills roll forward monthly at no cost to themselves. Notified upper management and the issue was resolved.
