• Having up to date knowledge on Agilents Genomics portfolio gained through continual training from
experts

• Attending customer facing events such as seminars representing Agilent and promoting our products
• Attending weekly meetings with Account Managers to discuss Action Plans
• Presenting case studies to the North Europe Genomics team and Marketing teams
• Attending laboratory demonstrations of Agilent’s Genomics Instruments
• Dealing with inbound queries through Agilent’s Customer Service phone line and the Genomics Inbox
• Prospecting and Lead Development
• Making outbound phone calls and emails discussing researchers’ workflows to see if Agilent can offer
any products
• Taking part in marketing campaigns and presenting feedback to Agilent’s Inside Sales across the world
• Training the next cohort of Interns
