• Responsible for procuring parts and aligning to demand based on daily MRP.
• Following with suppliers to confirm delivery date and working on exception messages
(Pull in & Push out) to meet MRP requirements.
• To clear Problem on dock on time to add parts in stock making available for production.
• Working closely with quality team to clear parts under quality issue (Return to vendor).
• Working on Vartool to push out excess deliveries from supplier which are scheduled in
each Quarter end to avoid excess inventory.
• Active Participant in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) calls with supplier to highlight
areas of improvement and to appreciate support in respective areas. Doing OTD
reconciliation on monthly basis to identify on-time delivery % of supplier.
• Conducting weekly shortage calls with suppliers to get to know about WIP status of
critical parts.
