 Manage and provide all kinds of Procurement support to operate the Chevron Camp facility such
as creating purchase requisition (PR), Purchase order (PO), order material receiving in the site.
 Coordinated with various departments in the project site for purchasing activities, maintaining
inventory in an effective manner and provide all the administrative support to the other
department/international Contractor group in Major capital Project, according to their needs.
 Establish/renovation of Different type of Chevron accommodation facility and Responsible for
daily day to day international catering service, standard accommodation and logistic supports.
 Supervise the proper inventory of the different stock items, maintained chevron standard,
costing within the budget, checking the bills and keep update the data on time.
 Staff roster, maintaining the leave applications, checking staff time sheet. Arranging daily and
monthly Camp safety meeting of camp staffs and coordinate with HES, HMS department.
 Site improvement and maintenance, Safety and hygiene inspection, responsible of food &
accommodation supports. Providing different safety/Hygiene training among the team.
 Recommend maintenance and improvements to the Project Delivery Manager that is beyond
budgeted amounts; outlining costs and details.
