BRITISH AIRWAYS Operational Risk Analysis (A7) June 2009 to present
• Centralise the reporting structure to enhance the output of Board reports
• Created and developed the Safety Portal on intranet for Automated reports
• Schedule and Maintain all reports on the Safety Portal
• Drive simplification and removal of duplication of reports across the Business
• Ensure consistency and an improved quality of incident data output from
various universes, in particular around risk rating and classification.
• Aligned the new BA departmental structure in Business Objects to produce
data and charts to achieve targets monitoring departmental trends
• Complete overhaul of metrics (targets and datum’s for 2011) and delivering on
time for the entire business
• Ensure consistency and an improved quality of incident investigation and
action response closure within eBASIS.
• Create and schedule report for the Audit team to manage planned review
actions for the BSRC papers
• Deliver improved and consistent safety data analysis and advice to the main
operational departments

• Hold key position in producing data and trend analysis for various streams
within BA to produce Board Reports
• Assist colleagues in queries regarding data involving there areas
• Build Business object filters for departmental queries to produce a standard
format of reporting system and streamline all reports in departments
• Heavily involved in the automation of data analysis for the Board Safety
reports and settings them up on the BA intranet, reducing duplication of

charity and voluntary events work for our local Hindu temple.
