February 2013 to present – Lloyds Banking Group - Quality Assurance SME -Test lead:
• Manage the Testing resource through the Life cycle of test window and SDLC ensuring performance is
in line with agreed plans and monitored at all times
• Leading a team of 11 test analysts (offshore partner resource) on the flagship web based/portal pension
Insurance project for 2015
• Hands on test execution on Web based/Portal project. Tasks include; Calculations testing, Schema
validation and Underwriting policy tests on eC Platform
• Work closely and collaboratively with Project Managers, Release Management, Development team and
Business stakeholders
• Ensure Project deliverables , milestones and testing stages are communicated to Partner resource and

• Help define the Test strategy and approach for Business Testing
• Communicated Test strategy to Business stakeholders ensuring buy in to Test approach
• Ownership of Business Test plan, ensuring agreed Test approach and time lines for each project.
• Ownership of Business Testing throughout the end to end process
