ASSIGNMENT: WHAT MAKES A LEADER?

It is the most important Leadership in Management. IQ and technical skills are important, but
emotional intelligence is the main quality of leadership.
Daniel Goleman was the first introduced the term “Emotional Intelligence”. It is the most
important for success. A leadership person in which some qualities are always exists like
intelligence, toughness, emotional intelligence etc. which includes always self-awareness, self-
regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
Evaluating emotional intelligence:
Many high ranked companies have employed trained psychologist to develop our self. One
organization worked as employee outstanding performance in which three main categories capable
are purely technical skills like accounting and business planning; cognitive ability like analytical
reasoning; and competencies demonstrating emotional intelligence. Managers are the main head
of any organization and his design all strategies and any other vision. Emotional intelligence
through proved good performance and many other capabilities shows the target of effectiveness.
The five components of emotional intelligence at work.
1. SELF-AWARENESS: In which recognize to check and understand the employee self-
confidence, realistic self-assessment, and deprecating at work. Employee to provide
training and any other awareness.
2. SELF-REGULATION: To check biological impulses drive our emotions. It is the main
follow as gift for self-regulation and he would choose different approach. He would then
present his analysis of the problem and well-consider solutions. All employee able to create
an environment of trust and fairness. Self-regulation is important for competitive reasons.
In my research extreme displays of negative emotions have never emerged as a driver of
good leaderships.
3. MOTIVATION: The motivation keyword here is achieve. One specialty that virtually all
effective, it is motivation. People are motivated through big salary, states, incentives,
personally help and many other ways. Motivation to archives translates into strong
leaderships.
4. EMPATHY: It is the main dimensions of emotional intelligence, empathy is the most
easily recognized. Empathy does not mean a kind“ I am ok, you are ok.” Empathy means
thoughtfully considering employee feeling, along with other factors, in the process of
making intelligent decisions.

5. SOCIAL SKILL: Social skill is not matter a friendliness. Social skill, rather is friendliness
with a purpose: moving people in the direction you desire, whether that’s agreements on a
new marketing strategy or promoting about a new product. Motivation to contribute to
social skills. It is popular and for good reason.
The three components of emotional intelligence are self-management skills. And other the
last two, empathy and social skills concern a person’s ability manage relationship with
others. It would be foolish to assert that good old fashioned IQ and technical ability are not
important ingredients in strong leadership. The leadership with not complete exactly
through emotional intelligent.
