1. Place 3 drops of blood sample on glass slide.
2. Mix 1st drop of blood with serum containing anti-A.
3. Mix 2nd drop of blood with serum containing anti-B.
4. Mix 3rd drop of blood with serum containing antibodies to Rh.
5. Check it against its agglutination.
