1. SAFETY- Students will practice proper lifting form and will always have a spotter when performing a lift no matter
the weight. Students will not be in pool/weight room without teacher supervision.
2. BEHAVIOR- No horseplay at any time around weights or pool. Students will take each activity seriously and follow
all instructions given by teacher.
3. USE OF TIME- No lines for lifts or activities, quick transition to next activity or lift. Set certain amount of time for
dressing.
