Overview and Purpose
My aim in this series of lessons is to allow students to be exposed to many aspects of
athletics while having fun.
TEACHERS GUIDE
Introduce students to the
concept of Ring Games.
Teacher and students will do
activities in three Sports.
Engage students in warm up and
full body stretches.
Divide class into groups.

Date: February 1, 2012

STUDENTS GUIDE
Listen to the general
introduction to the games.
Participate in warm up exercise
as directed by teacher.
Assemble in groups. Participate
in the activities related to any of
the three sports.

Introduce activity for the day
which is “Ring Games” male
alone, female only. Give rules of
play and start game.
Allow students to do a cool down
exercise along with deep
breathing.
Notes and Review

Listen to the instructions given
by teacher.
Students will do landing or
dribbling or running.
