Zimele Broadcasting Services (Pty) Ltd is a privately owned South African company founded in 1996.
For the last past nineteen years at Zimele, we draw on the extensive experience of our staff gained in
the advanced technologies employed within the Broadcasting, Entertainment and IT industries.
Through the outstanding quality of our product ranges and strategic alliances with our local and
international suppliers, we are able to provide a full range of services such as, system design, project
management, turn-key solutions, maintenance contracts and consultation to the analogue and digital
television, radio, satellite and audio visual worlds.
MISSION
To be the preferred, hardware, software and service provider in the broadcasting, entertainment and related
audio-visual industries.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Zimele has the capability, the expertise and the professional equipment, and international backup, to
apply appropriate, long term, cost effective, engineered and holistic solutions to any project.
The company is structured to offer a range of specialised products and services, in the broadcast and

5. KEY PERSONNEL
Chief Executive Officer: Casper Klopper has a B.Com (Unisa) degree and takes care of the
commercial and strategic side of Zimele.
Director: Leon Labuschagne held many managerial positions within the SABC Television
business unit. He has been in the broadcasting industry for the past 33 years and has solid
current knowledge and experience in the industry.
Mrs Ntombi Mazibuko has been with the company for a number of years and has gained a lot
of experience in the broadcast industry since joining the company. She has recently been
appointed as Non Executive Director in the company.
Operations Manager: Lizelle Nel has gathered vast experience in broadcast engineering and
sales over the past 15 years.Through her outstanding relations with our clients she is the ideal
person for heading up the operational side of the business as well.
Engineering: Gareth Havard UK Trained Sales Engineer experienced in all aspects of
broadcast engineering and post production.
Andre Oberholzer, as with the rest of the personnel, he has been with Zimele for a number of
years and is tasked with the both the Broadcast and AV Sales, support, and installation of AV
systems for training and boardroom applications.

6. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Each project is approached and completed with the assembly of tried and trusted, technicians
wiremen, electricians, riggers and specialist artisans for the required tasks.
The project members are employed on a per project basis as it does not make Financial
sense to employ these specialists on a full time basis as projects are quite far apart and
limited in Africa.
