Quite simply, we provide a wide range of audio visual equipment and support services
to ensure that your event runs smoothly.
We work with manufacturers of AV equipment from all over the world, to ensure that
we have the latest technology available for our clients. Quite literally, there is no job
too big or too small for AVS. Whether you need a screen for a small company meeting
or an array of equipment for a large exhibition, we are on hand to satisfy your needs.
We operate a very simple process:
• Your Brief: You tell us about your event.
This is where we listen to you... Firstly, you tell us about your company.
This will help us to plan a solution that fits in with your company identity and ethos.
Then tell us about your proposed event – what kind of event (e.g. Annual Conference,
Product Launch, Sales Meeting, etc.), how many attendees, the venue, etc.
We will go through all of the details very carefully to make sure that we fully
understand your requirements.
