2. Priscilla Thunder
To portray priscilla’s
aesthetic and visual
aspect we created a
moodboard to make it
easier for us to decide on
her costume, makeup
and overall behaviour.
This will also make it
easy to find the right type
of actress to bring this
character to life.
3. Priscilla
Priscilla is artistic and outgoing. She is a risk taker whether it comes to her art or any life decision. She
hopes to one day master all rules of art only to break them by expanding her horizons into abstract work.
She often inspires others and her sensitive nature helps with her create art but leads to her getting easily
offended and critical. Her overdramatic nature is amusing and entertaining but can result in her
overthinking and over exaggerating her problems. Priscilla always got along better with animals than
humans since many perceived her as strange. The acceptance and comfort that animals gave her was
often an inspiration and a great influence over her work.
Priscilla was a creative kid. She stood out from the crowd, always leaving an impression on whoever she
met. Her first painting was sold to her mother’s friend when she was only 14. She was so impressed by
Priscilla’s talent that he said he wanted to get her early work before they got too expensive, since
Priscilla’s potential was clear to everyone, even to those in her art school. Since then, Priscilla had strived
to create personal works of art inspired by the surrealism of real life situations. Her most famous exhibition
was titled “Pastel Paws” where she portrayed animals through their own eyes and how she believes they
see the world around them. During her search for inspiration she found a lost white poodle in the park and
adopted it, naming her Opal, a crystal which inspired the pastel aesthetic of the exhibition.
4. Priscilla
For Priscilla, we picked an actress that was visually fitting
as she has soft facial features and short blonde hair. Lily-
Rose Depp has played in “The King” and “A Faithful
Man” making her an up-and-coming actress. She is
twenty years old, which would be Priscilla's age in the
film. Many of her looks are artsy and similar to priscilla’s
aesthetic, which compliments the role.
5. Julia
We also created a
moodboard for julia,
the second lead
character. This will
help us better create
Julia’s aesthetic and
personality.
6. Julia
Julia focused on school throughout her entire life and worked towards getting a tennis scholarship.
However, even though she was always very passionate for the sport, in her mid-teens she realised that
she’d rather spend her time reading about current global events than training. An occasional friendly
tennis match still works as the best stress reliever. She is currently in her early twenties and works as the
legal assistant of a big lawyer in Amsterdam, in hopes of working her way up through the company and
getting a promotion when she finishes law school. Her level headed, calm nature is what makes her a
supporting friend that always gives good advice. Being politically correct is an important part of her career
and personality as she’s always been very careful not to offend anyone. She is dependable and
trustworthy.
As a child, Julia admired her parents and their careers, striving to one day become just like her mother.
Her mother was on the road to becoming a judge on the supreme court but she was rejected because
women were considered too emotional to be judges. This motivated Julia to strive in that career path and
fulfill her mother’s dreams. She spent most of her childhood playing pretend court and tennis. Her
childhood was considered perfect, as her parents tried their hardest to make her happy. However, she
wasn’t spoiled, but learned that making others happy and being kind is the most important thing in life,
hence her desire for justice.
7. Julia
Sofia carson has played in the “Descendants” franchise and
“Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists”. She hasn’t appeared in
many films but most of her roles embody Julia’s ambition and
attitude, hence the role would come naturally to her. Sofia’s
style and way of presenting herself is similar to Julia’s making
her able to execute the visual aspects of the role well.
9. Priscilla and Julia
Julia and Priscilla bonded one day after Julia had organised one of Priscilla's art shows in her freshman
year of college. They ate leftover horderves and bonded over funny childhood traumas, making them who
they are today. They both shared a dark sense of humour and trusted each other more than they trusted
others. Ever since then they have remained close, with Priscilla even gifting Julia a piece of art in honour
of the trip they took to Barcelona in their junior year and Julia helped Priscilla organise gallery openings
throughout Europe. Their contrasting natures help each other not cross lines as Priscilla keeps Julia from
suppressing her feelings and closing herself off while Julia keeps Pricilla with her feet on the ground when
she loses herself in her thoughts.
