EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
November 2013- till date : CAIRN INDIA Limited as Consultant Geologist in Barmer,
Rajasthan,region. Working in different development wells as well as
exploratory wells in Rajasthan for almost a year now. Also worked

Rajasthan.
Position Consultant Well site Geologist
Summary:
· Quality control of mud logging, monitoring daily drilling operation. Examining drill
cuttings sample and core chips– lithology, fluorescence and ensuring proper preservation
and sample and core dispatch to the base. Picking formation tops, coring point,
determining casing and TD criteria and other Well site Geologist related responsibilities.
· Supervision of LWD / MWD daily operation. Use real time data for correlation and
picking formation tops, monitor surveys and Pre and Post QC of LWD / MWD data and
logs.
· Supervision and quality control of the wireline logging operations and making quick look
interpretation on site. Ensuring proper functioning of their tools and their calibration.
Supervising MDT jobs (with Large Diameter Single Probe and Dual Packer) for Pretests
and samplings, the samples were collected, transferred and dispatched accordingly for
further lab analysis.
· Preparation of composite and Lithology logs using GEO-7 software.
· Distribution of daily reports to all relevant personnel. Establish Daily Communication and
give timely recommendation to the team on the well progress and incoming
plans/program.
· WELL DELIVERY- at the end of well – complete Final Well reports, sample dispatch,
logs and submit all the documents and data to Main Gurgaon office.

Position Geopressure Prediction Consultant
Summary:
· Assists in the pre-drill analysis of the geopressure regimes of prospective wells. This
includes casing setting depth recommendation.
· Continuously monitors, gathers and analyzes data coming from the mud logging,
LWD and wireline units to come up with an accurate picture of the prevailing pore and
fracture pressure regimes in the wellbore.
· Delivers the observations, analysis and recommendations in a timely and effective
manner to the decision makers onboard the drilling rigs.
· Assist in post-drill analysis of the geopressure regimes of prospective or recently
completed wells.
· Ability to work with any geopressure program provided by commercial vendors.
