horizontal monobores, SAGD and close space directional pad drilling operations to
depths of 5500 meters. Safely and successfully developing high profile and publicly
sensitive projects.
Developed innovative procedures for optimizing long reach horizontal, under-balanced
horizontal and multi-leg horizontal drilling, re-entry and completion operations.
Successful coordination of hundreds of company relations, surface rights and stakeholder
negotiations involved in lease construction, drilling, completion and production operations
within sensitive rural communities.
Developed Ultra-Light Oilfield Surface Cement Blends, receiving Alberta ERCB
regulatory approval for Surface Hole application.
Published author “The Design and Development of a Drilling Simulator for Planning and
