Fueling Innovation - Disrupting the Petroleum Industry with the Internet of Things – DiUS
IoT is creating a whole new digital agenda for oil and gas. This session is a case study on how DiUS worked with Environmental Monitoring Solutions (EMS) to use the cloud and IoT to tackle the global petroleum industry problem of petrol station inefficiencies. An end-to-end solution was developed to remotely capture, aggregate and upload IoT information from the disparate fuel outlet monitoring solutions. We’ll cover the proof of concept, in-field trial and beyond, outlining how the information gathered by the sensors will streamline business processes.
