Personal Practice
 Performance level- advancing the practices
 Maintenance time- 10 to 20 breaths in Asana
 Personality change (Ethics)- Towards Sattvic
 Punctuality- Be on time to all sessions
 Regularity- 95% of attendance to get the certificate.
Day-27: Able to catch the anklesDay-1: Not able to catch the
ankles
Teaching Techniques
 Lecture method- explanation by chalk (marker) and board
method.
 Highlighting Sanskrit words and diagrams.
 Experiment method- testing breath counts or duration of
practice.
 Assignments- writing up few practices by referring books

 Adjusting skills- minimal support for encouraging the
