1. Background verification Delivering Perfection
It is our first step of FPP. We check your Business track record, Investment
capacity and Business network.
2. Agreement documentation
please see the Synopsis of Agreement for your reference.
3. Franchisee Fee
when we are signing the Agreement you should pay the 50% of Franchisee
fee i.e., 3.5 lacks and after your training we will be consolidating your
interest and business potential against to the offer and you also should pay
the remaining 50%. If any of the party not satisfied we will return back your
amount by deducting the standard training fee.

with the renewal date.
2. Business Architecture - The Business Architecture consists of Business
Systems and Operations of Franchisee.
3. Support from Drasis - Marketing / Advertising Support, Technical
Support, Backup facilities will be discussed.
4. Reporting Structure - The responsible person for communication from
franchisee will be mentioned and reporting matrix will be shared with the
Franchisee.
5. Commission - The commissions will be discussed in this heading.
6. Breach of contract - The penalty of breaching the contract will be discussed.

21. Franchisee Exit Terms

Either party can terminate agreement with 2 months notice period.
Drasis Automation Centre is owned & operated by Franchisee.
(Drasis Technologies is not responsible for any communication made by Franchisee to
customers other than our communication policy)
Franchisee Selling option will be given only if either party is not
interested to continue the relationship.
If point 3 is not possible or applicable then the Drasis technologies
will refund a part amount of the franchisee fee by considering the
conditions of the deployed demo products.
