4. Cabbage
Cabbage (Brassica oleracea) is a vegetable that
belongs to the Brassica or cruciferous family,
which also includes broccoli, kale, cauliflower
and brussels sprouts. This vegetable can grow in
any types of soil but grows especially well in
fertile soils – the more fertile the soil, the faster
the cabbage grows.

Cabbage – the king of vegetables. Easy to grow
almost anywhere. Cabbages generally come in
white, yellow, green and red colour schemes. In
Germany the pickled ‘Sauerkraut’ is pretty much
a national dish and in Korea a similar but spiced
‘Kimchee’ has equal status in the national
cuisine.

Ancient healers declared it contained moon
