6. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
When I do work at home the computer may not
be compatible with Photoshop.
Make sure the computer you’re using has
Photoshop installed on it.
The computer may be broken or unusable. Log onto a different computer.
The file may be corrupted and become
unusable.
Make sure I frequently save and make multiple
copies.
The picture may be a low quality image. Find a better high quality image online.
I may not be able to find images appropriate
for the topic/magazine I’m making.
Create the images myself either by drawing or
Photoshop.

7. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
You might get eye strain for using the computer
for to long.
Take regular breaks.
The screen brightness may cause your eyes to
hurt.
Make sure the brightness is suitable.
Wrist strain from using the computer for to
long.
Make sure the chair is at a suitable height.
back pain from sitting down. Take regular breaks.

are planning to use for the magazine.

Day 3  Make the advert for the merchandise to be
included in.

Day 4  Draw characters for the magazine and take
photos.

Day 5  Scan the drawing and import the photos
done.

Day 6  Create the articles that will be included in the
magazine.

Day 7  Digitize my drawings.  Photoshop.
Day 8  Write the articles and import them onto the
articles.
