Following 13 years of experience as a Warehouse Ground Controller, Planner/Buyer and
worldwide Inventory Analyst in Intel’s Operations, I would like to apply my experience and
knowledge of logistics and supply chain planning to develop people and improve processes
within an organization that focuses on development and productivity

2002 – 2005: Warehouse Material Specialist
Key achievements and skills demonstrated as Material Specialist:
- Part of the system transition team in the warehouse that moved WRX system to new
platform SAP
- Back up Ground Controller in Operations warehouse team assuming responsibility in
assigning functions to the team to execute the daily planning
- Demonstrated the ability to create Finished Goods Warehouse planning from very little
training , maximizing daily output from the operations team
Based on my experience working as a warehouse material specialist and showing dedication and
the ability to learn in a fast paced environment I was able to take the opportunities to learn
warehouse planning and lead the team in the absence of the team leader which allowed me to
take the next step in my Intel career.
2005 – 2011: Warehouse Ground Controller

- Visited USA Logistics sites to share best known methods in daily processes and identify
where Intel could have worldwide processes that allowed for central documentation of

Based on my experience working as a warehouse Ground Controller I was able to lead a team of
24 – 38 people and assign and execute the daily workload while training and motivating
employees to the highest level while having fun and building a great place to work feeling
2011 – 2015: Planner/Buyer & Worldwide Inventory Analyst

- Ensured outsource suppliers daily workload met company customer needs and company
benchmarks
- Able to identify any system issue between supplier and company systems and detail the
problem both written and verbally that allowed speedy resolutions and long term fixes
- Built and maintained a high level working relationship between company and
outsourced suppliers
- Able to identify and outsource tasks non value add to the organisation, providing robust
training and execution of the tasks with no impact to customers benchmarks and
maintaining the level of quality expected
- Able to make calculated risk based decisions and detail steps taken for any potential
after action reviews that might be required
Based on my experience working as a Planner/Buyer I was able to get a broad knowledge of the
supply chain and able to challenge forecasting/sales data and drive a more robust daily
manufacturing planning ensuring we built the correct products at the correct times for our
customers. I was also responsible for worldwide CPU procurement for outsourced suppliers
ensuring that the correct materials were available weekly for the outsourced suppliers to
manufacture their weekly planning flawlessly.
Key achievements and skills demonstrated as Worldwide Inventory Analyst
- Able to analyse supplier and company inventories and investigate potential mismatched
items and adjust systems and communicate and document the root cause for mismatch
- Successfully maintained 100% system inventories for 4 outsourced manufacturing sites
resulting in lower and less frequent cycle counts for at all sites
- Identified gaps in outdated process documents and re-wrote the documents to allow
proper training and filing of correct procedures for audit purposes
- Used Lean approach for manual and cumbersome tasks and worked with tools available
to the company to enhance the processes resulting in 5 hours workload per week
reduced for the role
- Trained warehouse inventory analyst with no manufacturing background to a very high
level where they were able to execute the role flawlessly while maintaining a very high
workload in a fast paced environment

3. JOB ROTATIONS
- 9 months rotation as Transportation planner assuming responsibility for warehouse
planning’s, planning all inbound and outbound freight for the facility and the main point
of communication for all stakeholders within logistics.
- 9 months rotation in Operation Support Group as Quality analyst for warehouse logistics
assuming responsibility for all quality issues and driving root cause analysis and
corrective action plans mitigating the risk of repeat issues
- I also joined the Works Council and remained in the team for 9 years to gather a broader
knowledge of business procedures that have impact on headcount ,shift patterns,
policies etc. This was a great way to understand the challenges facing the company
while defining the best way to provide a work life balance to employees in a fast paced
changing environment without impacting customer metrics
