• Leading marketing & strategy initiatives for Dell’s consumer retail business. Developing customer experience
innovations, software & services product enhancements and overseeing the development of process & tool
enhancements to strengthen Dell’s consumer business globally. Targeting 27% revenue and 32% profitability growth
by FY14.
• Developed and launched a partner engagement strategy leveraging a Saas software platform to strengthen channel
partner relationships and create new revenue models. The Saas platform leverages a new user interface as well as a
platform for application development to target discrete market segments such as professionals, gamers, and students.
• Developed and launched Dell Advantage, Dell’s first loyalty and rewards program. The Dell Advantage program is
targeted at consumer and small office customers and serves as a platform to stimulate repurchase behavior in North
America.
• Developed Dell’s Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) point of view and go to market strategy to bridge consumer, small
business and large enterprise customers. Developed the concept, approach, and support structure to launch Dell’s
BYOD go to market plays as we target a $3.9 billion market opportunity.
• Developed Dell’s retail strategy and marketing innovation playbook. Developed and implemented a marketing and
sales toolkit to streamline the sell in process for our channel business. In parallel, developed and launched go to
market strategies focused on customer acquisition, customer retention, and new payment solutions.

customer experience methodology to link sales & sales operations and customer support. Expanded efforts to
identify systemic issues impacting customer retention and churn. Increased customer retention by 8.4% representing
revenue growth of $2 million.
• Reengineered a broadcasting media organization in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Enabled the station’s morning
show to move from last place to first in the market within 60 days. Increase in viewership allowed the station to
modify their pricing structure and substantially increase their advertising revenue.

• Led Hewlett Packard’s $240 million Customer Relationship Management software application business with a team of
35 managers and staff. Leveraged onshore and offshore application development resources to support application
development, marketing, & business development.
• Oversaw application design and development of customer relationship management, sales and marketing & customer
loyalty applications. Grew this area of the business while the client cut technology spending during this period.
• Lowered application development & support costs by 22% with savings of $3.1 million.

• Led marketing, product strategy, sales/sales operations & performance improvement engagements for high
technology, telecom & manufacturing clients. Sold $28 million in consulting services & managed $118 million in
consulting projects. Engagements ranged in value from $500K to $80M with teams of 2 to 240 consultants.
• Launched core components of Deloitte Consulting’s Pricing Strategy and Revenue Management practice and grew the
practice to 110 staff. Sold $20 million in pricing and revenue management services and developed pricing and
revenue management thought leadership including pricing tools, methodologies, & technologies.
• Managed key elements of the largest bankruptcy emergence event in the U.S. Led an $80 million effort within MCI’s
finance & accounting organization with a team of 250 Deloitte staff and 200 client staff globally. Completed the
engagement ahead of schedule and on budget which enabled MCI to emerge from bankruptcy in 9 months.
Senior Consultant, Technology Integration Practice (eTI)
• Designed, developed and implemented software applications for high technology, healthcare, public sector &
manufacturing clients. Fluent in analysis, design, development & implementation of customer relationship
management (CRM) and supply chain management software applications.
• Led a $3.4 million system implementation and data conversion project supporting the redesign of a public sector
client’s operations. Completed project ahead of schedule and 40% under budget with savings of $1.2 million.
Transformed client operations and decreased cycle time for customer facing transactions from 8 hours to 15 minutes.
Also, increased client satisfaction and employee retention by an order of magnitude.
