• Reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
• Manage the postage spend of $400M annually across 12 different plants. Monthly in depth P&L reviews and
analysis of spending trends identifying areas of opportunity.
• Create business cases and project plans to support new strategies to reduce the $400M in postage costs. To
date these strategies have saved Fiserv in excess of $14M over the last 4 years.
• Fiserv liaison to USPS and various professional mailing associations. Responsible for USPS compliance to
preserve automated postage discounts.
• Manage a core team of 2 Directors of pre-sort operations, 2 corporate financial analysts and 2 programmer
analysts.
• Indirect supervision of 126 people across 12 plants.
• Vendor management and contract negotiator with our 3rd
party processers and suppliers for USPS processing
• Proficient in SQL server stored procedures, data architecture and data warehousing methodologies.
• Develop and maintain the postal analytics database that houses over 1B rows of data from disparate sources
within SQL Server.
• Create, modify and maintain SQL Server stored procedures to send sort plans to production on a daily basis.
• Develop and maintain the postal historical model to support the creation of the daily sort plans to minimize
our postage spend.
• Provide expertise on complex queries, views and stored procedures to support the business needs.
• Develop in-depth ad-hoc analysis based on Senior Leadership inquiries.
• Created and maintained a multi Terabyte data warehouse to bring in disparate date sources into a normalized
view for analysis as needed.
• Manage the various daily load processes from disparate sources. Transform data to normalize common data
elements to be able to connect the various sources together.
• Develop long range plan for postage and set the budget on an annual basis for our $400M annual spend.

Manager; Call Center Analytics July 2007 – February 2011
• Manage a team of 8 highly skilled technical staff.
• Provide analytical and technical support to the bill pay product call center.
• Developed IVR (Integrated Voice Response) system to automate specific call center inquiries.
• Develop and maintain call center metrics with a high level of accuracy.
• Create ad-hoc analysis on the fly as the business needs warrant.
• Manage the mail operations teams over 2 sites.
• Manage the postage spend with our bill pay product totaling $90M annually.
• Provide analytical research on delivery times based upon check cashing behavior. Received a patent for this work.

• Managed a team to identify opportunities to improve the electronic rate for bill pay payments.
