A1 Production is a fictional independent film distribution company created by the author for their title sequence project. The company, based in the UK, will distribute an urban drama film called A-Town Boys. A1 Production is similar to UK-based Revolver Entertainment, which has distributed several urban drama films. Potential other films for A1 Production to distribute include Kidulthood and Adulthood, two independently made British urban dramas. A1 Production will provide a local premiere and theatrical release, as well as online distribution through Vimeo and YouTube to reach British teenagers. A limited DVD release may also be available in Britain through A1 Production.

3. SIMILAR DISTRIBUTOR
my created distribution company is similar to revolver entertainment as they have
distributed many films from my chosen genre which is urban drama. Revolver
entertainment was also founded in the UK and predominantly distributes British films so it
wouldn't’t be unlikely for revolver entertainment to distribute ’A-Town Boys’ if I didn't create
my own. Some notable urban drama films that revolver entertainment has distributed are
Shank, Sket and Anuvahood.

4. What other films might A1
Production distribute?
Two real films that could be distributed by A1 Production is kidulthood and adulthood
as both are urban dramas centred around British gangs and the British youth, just like
A-Town Boys. Both these films were also made entirely in the UK so it would make
sense for a UK distribution company to distribute them. Kidulthood and Adulthood are
independently made films so they would likely be distributed by a smaller distribution
company like A1 Production.

5. DISTRIBUTION
A1 Production will enable my title sequence to have a local release with the premier and
theatrical release at an art-house cinema Screen on the Green as they will supply the
cinema with the title sequence.The title sequence will also be distributed online onVimeo
andYouTube, this will allow the sequence to reach its target audience which is British
teenagers as they are proficient with technology and will be able to easily find it.Also with
the popularity of social media a digital distribution will help raise awareness of the
sequence as it can be promoted on twitter, Facebook etc. thanks to A1 Production a
limited DVD release may be available in Britain.
