• Responsible for verification and disbursement of KGC loans for entire Karnataka,

Working Capital loans which comprises of Fund based and Non Fund based

and tracking the same till the documents are vaulted/ sent to central operations
team.
• Record keeping of all file Logins, dispatches, vaulted properties & property
releases.
• Co-Coordinating with business team in filing Form8 for company cases and
executing LAD documents for all working capital customers within time.
• Conducting the training programs to the RM’s and the sales executives to reduce
the documentation errors and thereby reducing the disbursement TAT
• To Monitor and supervise the day to day deliverables such as inbound client
queries & complaint resolution within TAT.
• Manage the entire process of closure of loans, release of collateral and issuance of NOC.
Develop, implement and enforce proper check and balances and MIS
• Perform de-dupe checks and margin money proof chechig with quote and CAM
• Regular monitoring of accounts for excesses, debits and coordinating with central
operations for knock off with proper justifications.
