Name and origin
Grind the calyces and leaves , sift it
and soak it in 70% ethanol over night
to obtain the alcoholic extract then
spread it on a glassware till the
alcohol evaporates and the
plant become totally dry ( powder )
then fill it in the capsules.

Macroscopical character
The calyx: Petaloid , formed of five united purplish to crimson red
cup-shaped sepals.
The sepals: Triangular in shape with entire ciliate margin and
acuminate apex.
The epicalyx: 8 – 10 linear oblong or tubular below the base of calyx.
The fan shaped leaves of Ginkgo are flat and irregularly notched.
They are often deeply grooved in the middle of the leaf, producing
two distinct lobes, hence the name Ginkgo biloba (two lobes).

or members of the Malvaceae plant family.
Should be used under doctor supervision in cases
of : Anemia & alcoholism
Don't eat raw or roasted ginkgo seeds, which can
be poisonous.Ginkgo might interfere with the
management of diabetes.
