Make sure that duty team received Resilience TTplan from NFM team.
Prepare plan with Duty team (sites coordinates, needed spare, needed keys and access status.
Follow up withteams to solve all TT in SLA frame.
Send plan update forResilience TT every 2 hours during workday to keep customer up to date.
Make sure for CM teams readiness to move to any downsite once receive TT.
Check H&S tools forall teams at the start of each shift to keep our teams working safely as per
Vodafone H&S rules.
Prepare weekly rooster forall my teams in area to set the weekly day off of each team according
to workload.
Close the solved TT with customer and give him comment forthe faulty reason to avoidRepeated
