Business object new KPIs) and evaluation of this will be through the assigned tasks output.
17 Reporting on all ROT type of complaints, and closing the up sites.
18 Preparing weekly reports for consumer TTs revealing the situation of technical team
(Closure, breaching, violating, expired durations, performance, clustering of TT) from CC
perspective.
19 Zero backlog and timely escalation of TTs In case HP is used, then measurement will be
handling 16 pending TTs per hour with average 80 TTs per day.
20 Quality of work is an important aspect, and this is acquired from the feedback of both CC
and technical back
21 Office teams after agreeing with their managers to provide feedback for all CEC team
members.
22 Handling all O&M emails in a timely manner to ensure proper replying to mails
(Response to mails not to exceed 2 hours)
23 During On call week, 100 % handling planned and un-planned outage reporting.
24 Success on installing Microwave backbone Alcatel LSY links project for all HUB sites in
all Egypt region.
