and Payroll Analysis
As one of the members of the HR management team, we need to sift a lot of data
for hiring, retaining candidates for jobs. Data on their personal profile,
performance analytics, attendance reports… the list goes on.
When you manage multiple HRMS responsibilities, such as Employee
engagement or brings holistic workplace, with multiple sources of acts, it can get
overwhelming. What should you be tracking? What actually intents here of
collecting information. How will you analyze and visualize the collectibles so you
