This document summarizes the coal loading operation from the pit stock pile through the hauling road to the Pelindo stock pile and loading onto barges. It involves:
1) Coal getting from the pit stock pile and loading onto dump trucks for hauling.
2) Hauling the coal over 80km of road to the Pelindo stock pile for stocking and crushing.
3) Loading the crushed coal onto barges using conveyors with a capacity of 2,000 tons per hour for transport.
Engineering studies were also conducted for the river, loading jetty and stockpile areas. Responsibilities for developing the Pelindo stockpile facilities are outlined.

6. Effective operating hours coal getting to pit stock pile receciving = 360 hours
Effective operating hours loading to DT at pit stock pile = 360 hours
Effective operating hauling from pit stock pile to Pelindo = 360
hours
Hauling distance from Primanusa to Pelindo is 80 Km
Coal charasteristics :
Bulk density : 0,85T/M3
Boulder size : 400 to 300 mm
Crush Coal size : 0-50 mm
Stock Pile requirements
Pit Stock Pile estimate for 7 days minimum
Pelindo stock pile expected to received 60,000 mt as Standby Stock Pile.
Loading operational 4 hours/ each 7,000 DWT barges
Working hours 20 hours/day
