My name is Adam and I am actively seeking a position working in Tech Support. I
take great pleasure in troubleshooting and finding solutions for various PC issues.
This started with just my friends and family's computers that had simple
problems. I then decided to look for a related position and found myself doing a month
of training in A+ related material before starting my tech support job at a call center
representing Dell. I absorbed quite a bit there, working in both the basic Hardware
support and ProSupport departments.
I later found another related and yet different remote tech support position. This
was for Tier I support and I quickly grew familiar with the type of work. To progress
further, I started studying Network and Security plus (CompTia material) Now I'm
looking for a new position to advance my career, one where the work is familiar and yet,
still gives me something new to work with. I'm eager to gain new skills and experience.
