5. Accountability System
• 8 Point System- Termination after 8
• Club Sport Coordinator Will assign points
• Anytime a point is issued you will be emailed
• After 3 points a meeting will be scheduled with Club Sport Coordinator
• Points can be taken away if extenuating circumstances occur (ie:
sickness, death in family)
6. Dress Code
• Drexel Rec Polo or Drexel Rec ¼ Zip
• Black or Khaki pants- No Shorts!
• If you are working outside dress for the weather. Your warmth is more
important.
• Name Tag
7. Starting Your Shift
• Make sure to grab these items from the office
– iPad
– Radio (Vidas shift- Radios are onsite)
– Keys
– Put up Dragon And grab Nametag
8. Practice Responsibilities
• Visit each team that is practicing and check for…
• Ask President for Dragon Cards
– Check Dragon Card against Google Doc (Accessed in Bookmarks of Safari on iPAD)
• If they are not on Doc have them fill out Participation Agreement on Dragon Link immediately on iPad
• If they are on Dragon Link but missing health forms make a note on Supervisor Report
• If they have all of their documentations they are good to go
• During Weeks 1 & 2 of term all they need to compete is for their name to be on the list
• Starting week 3 pull individuals out of practice who are missing forms
Sandy is not approved because they do not have her health questionnaire filled out.
9. Practice Responsibilities
– Coaches
– Safety Officers- Each Club is required to have 2 at each practice
– Med Kit
• If they need supplies the Club must reach out to Club Athletic Trainers
– # of participants
– Assist with any injuries, accidents or concerns- See Building Manager or AT
– Complete Supervisor Report Nightly
10. Participant Forms
• All Participants must submit:
– Participation Agreement through DragonLink
– Health Forms Through ATS (Athletic Training Service)
• If they have not submitted the proper forms they cannot
practice after Week 3
– Have them fill out Participation Agreement on iPad, Make sure they have signed the waiver.
– Once they have filled out form they can return to practice during weeks 1 & 2
11. Practice Responsibilities
• What do I do if I have checked all practices?
1. Check iPad to see if there are any checklist items that are not complete
2. Be Up around the facility, Be visible to all patrons
3. Check google doc for individuals who are missing forms, email them using the Club
Sport email
12. Coaches & Presidents
• Most of Our Clubs Have coaches
• All of our Clubs have E-boards with Presidents
– You should speak directly to the presidents when at practices or another E-
board Member
13. Safety Officers
• All Clubs are required to have 2 safety officers at each practice
– Ask president who the safety officers are
– Ask to see Med Kit- If Med Kit is missing note it in report
• Safety Officers are indicated on the Roster Sheet
• If there is not enough safety officers or the Med Kit is missing, please
mark it on the Sup report.
14. Club Rosters & Counts
• Please Count number of People at Practice and fill in on Sup Report
– Helps to determine space needs for future terms
15. Game Responsibilities
• Be on Site for assigned game and assist club with…
– Field Set-Up- Most clubs will know where their EQ is you will have keys to certain closets and storage areas
– Injuries/ Emergency Action Procedures- Building Managers
– Crowd Control (If Necessary)
• No Alcohol, No Drugs, No Animals unless they are licensed service animals
• No Rowdy behavior
– Enforcing facility policies- Please be aware of our policies and take steps to enforce them
– Athletic Training Needs- Check in with Bridget or Mike
– During game always be walking around
16. Building Managers
• Present at the Rec and DAC
– Use them if there is an injury to administer care and fill out report
– Can usually be found in Office Suite or on Radio
17. Public Safety
• Present at the Rec/Dac and Armory
– Use them if a participant or spectator needs to be removed from the facility
18. Shifts
• Practice Shifts- Monday- Thursday
– 5:45PM-9:30PM
– Can be scheduled for Armory/Rec/Dac or Vidas
– To Begin Shift Go to Office Suite and Grab iPad
– Some nights will be 2 staff other nights only 1 (Depends on number of clubs
practicing)
19. Shifts
• Game Shifts- Will be scheduled around our Clubs Home Schedules
and will be picked up as needed
• Often Weekends- Friday, Saturday and Sundays
• It is a requirement that you work weekend shifts

• If you have a conflict it is your responsibility to find coverage.
• If you need a day off please email me as soon as you know.
• I will be emailing Schedule for the following 2 weeks every other
Friday.
21. Safety & Emergency Procedures
• All Site Supervisors will receive CPR/ AED Training
• Rely on your training
• Know the Location of the AEDs in the facility you are working
25. Fire Safety
• If a fire alarm goes off while you are on shift, help alert people in the
building and evacuate them to closest exits
• Meet at designated assembly area
– DAC/Rec/Armory- Lancaster Walk
– Vidas- Front Parking lot
26. Other Emergencies
• Weather Emergency- If conditions outside become unsafe to practice
please move to the closest building, ATs have final call on weather
when at Vidas
• If the University has a closure, there are no Club Sport practices or
games = NO WORK
• Active Shooter- Alert other staff on radio & Call 911- Await further
instructions from public safety
– RUN, HIDE, FIGHT
27. Injuries
1. Check the scene
2. Identify the type of injury and rely on CPR/Aed if applicable
3. If injury is non- life threatening alert Athletic Trainers and Building staff
4. If injury is life threatening call x2222 from a University Phone, then alert
ATs and building staff
5. Make sure injury report is filled out by building staff or ATs
