It then outlines early ideas for a digital solution called Comería that would allow users to visualize and track the impact of dietary changes on their overall nutritional wellbeing. The solution would provide customizable diets and allow drilling down on individual foods and schedules to see weekly and monthly performance.

driving factor in food decisions.

9. How will we know
we solved our users’ problem?
