Blaine: Blaine struggled with her weight her whole life, and motivation to lose the weight for good and become healthier came to her when her son turned one. She needed to be able to keep up with him! She and her husband, Eric, lost their weight with TSFL. They discovered it through his parents, who also have had success with the program and even became Health Coaches. “I am able to walk around at the pool or at the river in a bathing suit and not be hiding or feel really uncomfortable. I am able to move around much more freely and not feel tired all the time! I just feel great in general! Thank you, TSFL!” David: At 420 lbs, David was simply weary of watching his life pass before his eyes. So with a magic marker, he wrote his goal on the wall by the scale; when he reached it, he would go sky diving! And guess what? He did just that! The wall is now his trophy wall.His friend introduced him to the program, and, as his supportive Health Coach, she was there to walk beside him on his journey to Optimal Health. He is no longer a bystander in his own life. He is living it! “Everyone in my life is on the program with me and getting off their medications and into their high school jeans! The joy that this program has brought into my life expands to everyone I touch. It is a complete blessing.” Linda Sue: Being morbidly obese seriously affected Linda Sue’s personal life. She would teach all day—sitting down—then when she got home, she never had the energy to do little more than go to bed or sit on the couch. She couldn’t even shop for food or clothes. She found our program and decided to order a 2-week pack. Even if she didn’t see—and feel—amazing results, she would stick to it. Guess what? She did, and she has! “I can walk all day without pain.
