experience in the fields of Human Resources, Management, Sales, Development and Customer
Services and Engineering before and after graduating from the City of Bristol University – England as
an Aircraft Engineer.

I have held a few key positions in my carrier such as; Human Resources Administration Manager,
Nationalization Manager, Training Manager and Organizational Development Manager. My inspiration
in life is to lead teams into change management, objective achievement and stretch targets though
empowerment and interdependency approaches.

I am currently employed as the Human Resources Administration Manager, responsible for the
implementation of the HR strategy and operational processes at Sohar Aluminium LLC in the Sultanate
of Oman.

I am able to build and develop objective and positive driven teams and interact with people from
different cultural backgrounds, I see my self as an outgoing extrovert that is easily approachable,
charismatic, and energetic and enjoys solution finding, I find pleasure in involving my team in solution
finding and participative leadership. I have a passion for continuous improvement, LEAN processes and
people optimization. I am currently managing a team of 19 HR practitioners whom are responsible for
recruitment, mobilization, compensation & benefits, public relations, employee wellbeing, housing and
strategic partnership.
