writing large numbers into
small numbers.

In order to write a number
into the scientific Notation we
have to shift the decimal
point either on the right or left.
In case of right shifting of
decimal point the power on
the base will be negative i.e
0.00004 can be written in
Scientific notation as
4x10^-5
In case of left shifting of
decimal point the power on
the base will be positive i.e
1000 can be written in
Scientific notation as
1x10^3
