Pragmacticly and modestly : It’s a humble approach we’re taking. No Greenwashing

Our move to a more sustainable activity started in 2016, with some small initiatives. We started with the easiest and visible actions, with a concrete impact, SUCH AS :
Sorting Waste,
being more environmentally friendly when it comes to LUNCHES, no more plastic cups for drinks & coffees...
Energy savings in our offices, from our Equipments
Setting-up a community of people, with some time to structure and move forward
But this only concern 10% of our carbon footprint as a company !
In 2018/2019 : we structured our actions, we

we mobilize everyone more, we encouraged people to act here and there (from Mobilize to IMPACT)
We evaluate where the priorities are
Priorities are definitely around the EndUserDevices carbon footprint. This is where we have the biggest footprint, so this is also where we can have the Biggest IMPACT
Performance committee :

ISO14001 : allows to track all processes, identify all key stakeholders, and follow our actions.
Performance : All tech leads gather With PRODUCT MONTLHY to discuss about performance improvments (It enables to have a Transversal vision & animation of end User application performance)

Earlier this year, we took part to the APIDAYS Sustainable Challenge, we set-up a team, we brainstormed, and attended to workshops, in order to come out with concrete measures.

3rd Party Audit : With the help of an external company, we evaluated the carbon footprint of our front-end applications; we identified levers to reduce it, we assessed the opportunity to integrate eco-design in our project, we drove awareness inside our Tech Teams
Ecodesign is an approach to designing products and services with special consideration for the environmental impacts of the product during its whole lifecycle
Thanks to our “Green Tool”, we’ll:
