Professional Experience
John Deere Technology Center: [Platform: CREO 2.0
1. Large Square Baler’s (LSB 3X4) Platform Assembly:
This is a Value engineering based concept creation task. Worked in the new concept creation for the cost
and weight reduction of the existing assembly. Current platform assembly weight is reduced from 155
Kg to 129 Kg without affecting its functionality. Involved mainly in the areas of new model creation and
current model modification work in Creo 2.0
2. LSB styling panel support brackets:
This is concept creation of support brackets for the LSB front door styling panel. Existing door frame is
mounted on the styling panel with one plastic component. In the new proposed concept plastic part is
replaced with sheet metal bracket in the mounting areas and the brackets are glued with the styling
panel.
3. LSB baler’s chute cost reduction:
Baler’s chute is the platform for the Hay Balers to slide in to the ground from the LSB vehicle. Project
involves creation of the new concepts for the weight/cost reduction of the assembly. With the new
concept the weight of the assembly is reduced from 149Kg to 126 Kg without compromising its
functional work.
4. Draw Bar with Hinge New concept:
This is concept creation of Casting model for the draw Bar with Hinge. It is the connecting assembly of
the LSB machine with the Tractor. Existing concept is a sheet metal assembly. And in the new concept
created a casting model for the same design of the existing sheet metal assembly
5. Bearing with bolted collar concept:
This is concept creation of bearing with bolted collar for the stuffer shaft in the LSB vehicle. Existing
design is a assembly which is welded with the LSB mainframe with busing and geared sleeves for the
rotation of the stuffer shaft. In the new concept bolted collar with bearings and the geared sleeves are
used for the rotation of the stuffer shaft.

3. • BOM update for Small Square Baler(SSB) Machine
Caresoft Global Pvt Ltd: [Platform: Pro/E W.F 4.0 & CREO 2.0
DMU (Digital Mock Up):( Clint: Case New Holland, GoodField)
• This is a conversion activity, in which the task is to perform the conversion as per the customer
standards.
• The customer will be giving old input drawings in the form of tiff or pdf. From that a 3D model and a
2D model has to be created and update it to new standards.
• Then the entire assemblies are created by using the parts and sub assembly and deliver it to the
customer.
• The created sub-assemblies in the DMU activity must be converted into an Engineering feature (using
skeletons) of various configurations.
Caterpillar India Pvt., Ltd. [Platform: Pro/E W.F 4.0

1. Oasis Cabin design
DETAILS: The OASIS cab is a new low cost and stylish cabin design of the Caterpillar for the Back hoe
loaders. Work involves supporting the UK (Leicester) process partners in modeling, assembly and
detailing, Bill of material, applying GD&T and in the product data management (TeamCenter).
2. Back hoe loader 424B Heavy Fabricated structures
DETAILS: This project involves Design and Development of Caterpillar regional product 424B Back
hoe loader structures Lift arm, Boom As, Loader Bucket, Hoe Bucket and Stick As .The structure Lift
Arm is used to connect the loader bucket (Front side work tool) to the front frame. Boom As is used to
connect the Stick to the rear frame. Hoe bucket is the main working tool located in the rear side and
connected to the Stick As. Modeling and assembling the piece parts and sub assemblies, and detailing
the structures, providing Bill of Material, applying GD&T
and QC were carried out.
3. Back hoe loader 424B Heavy Fabricated structures development
DETAILS: This project involves Development of Caterpillar regional product 424B Back hoe loader
structures Lift arm, Boom As, Loader Bucket, Hoe Bucket and Stick As .Work involves interacting with
supplier at their end for the development of the above said structures as per the design requirement.
Visiting the supplier often for the in-process audit, receiving quality verification of the structures and
delivering the structures for the production line.
