This project is being developed in order to automate Americus Mortgage Company.
This project is being developed in order to automate the mortgage business.
Automation involved getting customer information, processing events like credit,
title, appraisal, funding and resolve. There will be AE, LC and CA. Where in the AE
collects the information about the customer, LC processes the file and CA confirms
the funding. Stipulations are the business rules, which are going to interpret in the
application and need to be closed in order for the loan to get approved. The project
is aimed at funding customers within maximum of 3 days while it was earlier it used
to take days.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing the support in L2 level depending on the priority of
the issues to meet client's SLA.
Involved in code level investigation of the jobs (UNIX, Shell Scripting, Oracle
10g (SQL, PL/SQL).
Monitoring ticket queues, including tickets generated from remedy.
Escalate support issue to respective teams as required during an incident.
