 A total of 23 reports created, 15 List and 8 Crosstab reports
 DB2 Database used as the Backend Data storage system
 Different type of calculations done on each reports
 Calculated data items from pre-existing data items
(ii) Roles & Responsibilities
 Responsible for end to end creation of the full project
 Creating all the List and Cross tab reports
 Used SQL queries instead of directly using data from the Tables for performance
enhancement
 Creation of prompt page and involved in the design and presentation of the
reports

Description : The project is used to track the hours of employees working on a project based
on project management level and also based on their work item, Work item is a system generated
number for uniquely identifying an employee’s work hours and break hours on different project
and different skill areas. This project has the information of all the employees from different
department working under a select skill set on a particular project and how they claim the hours
worked and then used to bill the client on the basis of the hours claimed by the business. It has
several list reports which is used at different levels of the organisation to check which employee
has claimed what hours for which project from which country and the corresponding currency and
it’s equivalent exchange rate as per US dollars belonging to a particular region any further
detailed information.

Title : PREDELINQUENCY Report
Domain : Web based Cognos 10
Environment : Report Studio
(i) Project Specification
 A total of 5 reports with 4 list and 1 crosstab report
 Data was sourced from tables in the DB2 database
 Queries and calculations were used to simplify the data and efficiency
(ii) Roles & Responsibilities
 Responsible for end to end creation of the full project
 Creating all the List and Cross tab reports
 Creation of prompt page and involved in the design and presentation of the
reports
 Data validation and quality analysis of the final and finished project
Description : The Project included joining of queries and data items within the reports, this
included cross joins within the queries and summation of the data items in the report. This
particular report showed all the claims of employees whose weekly billing/hours claimed was less
than 40 hrs or in other words delinquent, this was achieved by listing out all the employees
claiming for a particular project for the week and from that data filtering/grouping only the
employees who have claimed less than 40 hrs in a cross tab report based on their department as
the final report.
