The product Epitome:
1. It is designed with different modules such as Operation, A/R Receivables, Manager, History/Frequently
stay, Group, Travel Agent and Configuration modules.
2. It has been designed with windows or Internet Explorer version.
3. The application server with the IIS services has been designed.
4. The interface has been developed such as Liaison, IPU, UMM in which reservations comes from third
vendor and goes to the application.
5. The Sql Management Studios 2012 R2 has been setup in the database server.
6. In the credit card module, a lot of transactions got settled in batches in application and sent to
protobase and their the batch got settled and then sent to bank.
Responsibilities:
 Providing L1&L2 support to the client.
 As a Production Support Engineer the primary responsibility is code level investigation of the jobs.
 Interacting with clients and analyzing the business requirement and fixing the issues.
