The Human resources
management (HRM) is the part of a company
that deals with employee relations.
The HRM hires and fires
employees as it deems necessary.
It also provides employees with
services.
 To minimize favoritism &discrimination
 To create and develop employee enthusiasm
and loyalty
 To have standard of performance of
company
 To actual results have been compared

 Recruitment is the
process of identifying that
the organisation needs to
employ someone up to the
point at which application
forms for the post have
arrived at the
organisation.
 Selection then consists of
the processes involved in
choosing from applicants a
suitable candidate to fill a
post.
 Training is teaching,
or developing in
oneself or others, any
skills and knowledge
that relate to specific
useful competencies.
 Training has specific
goals of improving
one's capability,
capacity, productivity
and performance.
It’s a thankless job for reason that more
often then not, no one ever notice or
appreciate it’s importance and it’s
contribution
They are always in dilemma between
employees and the management
But it is most important for all they still
retain their principle of fairness and
professionalism despite any pressure
HR professionals have different functions or
oftentimes are groomed in different
specialties
 Seeing the job
searches or job
engines there a lot
of demand than
supplies nowadays.
